I am in need of a 3D modeler who can take my photoshoped artwork and make a CAD that can be used here to create a 3D model as well as sent to a manufacturer. Quotes would also be nice. Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

I am also looking for a three spoke design with bolt on rollers. There is no functionality to this design, its all cosmetic. Here is the lug pattern dimensions that will also need to be incorporated into the design.
2010 Chevrolet Silverado 2500
Bolt Pattern (in): 8x6.50
Bolt Pattern (mm): 8x165.1
Offset Range (mm): 0 to 20
Front Center Bore (mm): 117
Rear Center Bore (mm): 117
Stud_Size: 14x1.50
