Hey guys i just joined this site and need some help. currently im working on building a computer into one of my old power rangers toys and am working on the fan grills. i need a replica of this

ive tried to do it with plasticard and i just cant get it to work and ive tried to design one with sketch up and still no good. i dont need it that big i just need it about 3 or 4 inches or so. so if anyone could maybe help it would be super awsome.
