I currently use modo..and having difficulty on uploading files...Think blender is a good program to use?

First I uploaded files and it worked then I decided to subdivide the model once more to give more rounded look and it won't accept the files. I know it's under the file size and polygon limit amount..but still it won't accept files. I noticed that models don't look smooth as in modo. Was wondering if the models would be smoothed out for printing or look the way it is..in the shapeways render...

When you subdivided the model did you use the subdivision modifier? If so you may not have applied the modifier before exporting it. Yes, it does have the hard edges, you can fix this by adding more levels to the subdivision modifier. Hope I helped.
