Hi Shapeways Team,
Just wonder the notification email on "Item sold" is auto or manually generated?
For example, if I got an item sold on Saturday or Sunday, the notification email will be sent to me right after the order or sent by Shapeways Customer Support Tem on next Monday?

afaik, the 'sold' emails are auto generated and are sent out each day at around 07:00 GMT. One email covers includes all of the previous day's sales.
