I just got a "rejection slip" on a design yesterday on an order I placed January 13, 2012, and which is labeled as "shipped" under my order list.

(I have uploaded what I hope is a fixed design, but I'm not deleting the other for now, waiting to see what actually arrives.)

Does that strike anyone else as contradictory, at the very least?
