It might be a good idea to go back to peanuts for packing instead of the new bubble wrap; most of the damage was caused by the rigidity of new packing material.

Ana, with the "Community" page missing in action, I'd like to point out that there is nothing on the front page to advertize the Live! session.

If I hadn't wandered thru the forum last night, I wouldn't even know that you were doing a chat today.

Perhaps you could send out your "We're going to begin..." email a bit early? It'd be really nice to get such a reminder a full day before the video chat so that we'd have some time to plan it between eggnog and power shopping for gifts.

Stony, noted!

I'll be sure to send out the notification email earlier than usual. While it's not a full day's notice, hopefully it's still an improvement. I'm also exploring how to fix this problem with the product team permanently.

Thanks for posting the video. Unfortunately I missed the live session as I was away from technology being fed a large pre-Christmas meal. Was a close run decision, but hunger won! Hope you all have/had a great holidays,
