3d print consists of two parts, but only one is viewable. was uploaded with both files in a zip.
have both of the files been uploaded or do i need to fix that separately?
A box, without a lid, is not a good box.

cheers,
Rob

I work here
I don't think two files in one zip will join them, or even upload both. Last I tried it kicked back an error. If you want to join them outside a 3D program, you can open the files in notepad and copy the coordinates from one over to the other.
