hi guys im new to shapeways i dont know anything about it can someone tell me what it is about and how you upload models or at least make them?

Welcome, the first place to start would be here http://www.shapeways.com/tutorials/ You can start by using the shapeways co-creators here http://www.shapeways.com/creator/ or by finding a 3D software of your choice and start modeling your own creations. Hope this gives you a good start.
