What would you recommend as the best way of painting a design in WSF (specifically, this one http://www.shapeways.com/model/266997/ ) for use for a phone case? I'm asking because I don't know what would stand up best to the constant wear of holding it and taking it in and out of pockets and such.
Rit or other acid dyes can be use for colouring WSF, theres a thread about Dying Strong and Flexible. I've also had success colouring WSF by dipping it in diluted artists acrylic paint, e.g.Funky mobius strip earrings the colours hold up ok.
