Hello everybody! I am new to this community.
Well, I have a matrix of numbers which correspond to the height of the surface. (.mat file).
I was wondering how can I convert that file into a CAD drawing which could uploaded to be modelled?

Hi! I never used this, but maybe it might help?
http://blogs.mathworks.com/pick/2009/06/5/writing-to-stl-fil es/

You might need to edit the result in a 3D editor, and/or check the output with something like Netfabb, but it might be a starting point!
