Hello everybody
I would like to invite anyone interested in freelance work to register at www.shapelance.com
It is a new site inspired (obviously) by Shapeways. I would appreciate any feedback re the site.
I hope I am not offending anyone by launching Shapelance. I think it will help all users of Shapeways.

looks like an interesting project.
Have you heard of ELance.com? or Fiverr.com? They kind of have the same concept, that is, a online website for freelance work. Of course, your site has a very specific purpose.
I too questioned the terms of service, some of the wording seemed excessive.
Good luck and let us know how it goes! If shapeways is willing to help out, that would definitely be something to look into

Hi,
Any feedback is most welcome. I have simplified the Terms after the first mention of them on this thread. I'm afraid that there have to be some rules and regs.
I am aware of elance etc but it is impossible to compete with the well established sites unless one specialises.
I am very happy with the feedback from Shapeways so far, they have been very helpful and encouraging. They have suggested a few edits and I am in process of going through them.

I figured I would sign up and poke around.
A major thing im noticing is that the site is really "messy"
Im having a hard time "seeing" what I should click on next.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback.
Could you be more specific? What are you trying to do?
Thanks
