Need a crown (pics and specs inside)

Doing custom turrets, have a slew of blank vinyl ones, but while I can paint pretty well, I'm rubbish at sculpting, including 3d. Can anyone do a crown of the Turret King (google image search link here). The crown is all I need. The circumference should be 4.5" precisely. From that, I think the rest of the specs should flesh out. Drop me a line, thanks!
