Tutorial on how to design a rounded D6

    Hello,

    I was asked to make a tutorial on how to make a rounded die.
    Finally I did it, in three parts, for a simple rounded D6 and for 3DS Max (I am not enough familiar with the plugins of Sketchup).
    - Part 1/3: Creating the shape
    - Part 2/3: Hollowing
    - Part 3/3: Adding pips or numbers

    There is no sound (so no French accent :D ) but instead there are subtitles.

    You can see the results via this custom die or this complete set of dices (with a discount).

    Actually I did not exactly follow my tutorial (the sphere is smaller and with more polygons and the pips are abigger), but the tutorial should allow you to understand the process.
