This does look wrong - or the price quoted on the materials page is wrong. (Guy holding the spraycan supposedly costs you $5, spraycan contents cost you $0.10 per ccm more compared to the regular FCS. So I'd expect this model to cost around $11.40 ?) Can you share the material volume of this model - seems to be a little over 4 ccm if the price calculation for FCS and my mental arithmetic was correct ? At first glance it looks as if the handling cost is added twice.
Hmm, I see what's going on. Apparently cause your file has 2 parts it has a $16 handling fee. I'll check with our product team to see if this is intended (handling fee per part)
Something is strange, but it is not just a doubled handling fee - a simple textured cube of around 2ccm goes from $4.61 to $9.83 which appears to match the quoted prices. (Same price shown on the model page and its "Selling" tab). Does it show the same wrong price in the Materials table under the "Model" tab, and what breakdown into labor and material cost does the popup show you there when you hover over the price ? EDIT: see that Mitchell already spotted what is wrong
Tip for other people, If you ever see a pricing issue, just hover over the price on the edit model page, it'll show you the break down. Edit: like mkroeker just mentioned
See my other message I've reached out to the product team to check on this If it's per part, I'll make sure they will update the website. If it's per file, I'll make sure your model gets repriced Mitch
Perhaps they could also clarify whether the coating is "sprayed on" (blog) or "two-part epoxy that is brushed on" (materials page) ?
Sorry for the slow reply on this subject. Unfortunately I have to disappoint you. The price is correct as it's being calculated per part for CFCS (compared to per file for normal FCS). I'm really sorry Mitchell
