I did a little instruction and a few photos of the build process:

It's impossible to insert one of center pieces to a hole because of printing error (Shapeways' fault). But you can easily correct this by a sharp knife. You should enlarge the hole a bit and cut end of center piece. Or you can make the hole and the "fist" oval (see photo), it's easier for me to fix the details like that. But be careful with using a knife, you can easily cut more than you need! And then the details won't hold up.

You can ask him to draw sticker sets and for other puzzles

Stickers ill stick to the puzzle. I used dense "Super Glue Gel," I gently inflicted with a needle small drop of glue and stick a Sticker.
