Hi All.

I've hit the "share" button on my YouTube video and copy and pasted the link - http://www.youtube.com/watch?yadda-yadda - into the Shapeways dialog that asks for this link.

When I get on my site from outside - without logging in - I don't see the video, only the text.

I see on other sites how the video pops up as an image.

Can anyone help me get this to happen?

We have seen a couple of links fail due to specific characters in the URL
