Bad, I'm unsatisfied

  1. I am customer and I'm unsatisfied with the performance of the company Shapeways . If you have problem with delivery, shapeways will not be able to help, and the goods will be lost at your expense. Sorry for my bad English. I am sad.For me its a first time when the internationl company cannot decide problem for their customer.

    So what exactly happened ? Was the package stolen, or did it get confiscated in customs ?
