Hmmm, what does following that link bring you to, can you share the URL? It might be that chrome needs an update, I'd try that out first. Let us know how that goes.
When i'm clicking, it opening https://get.webgl.org/troubleshooting/ there is only this link: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3098656?rd=1 Nothing useful Chrome is updating every hour or so.
What does chrome://gpu/ tell about graphics status ? If you updated chrome or your graphics drivers recently, it could be that you have to override the defaults settings for hardware acceleration in the advanced settings dialog.
