I have a product with the CustomMaker option enabled (an image box). A week ago I order a print from this model which was cancelled by Shapeways due to not meeting minimums for the material. I have contacted Shapeways about this and they will allow me to resubmit the same print, but now the CustomMaker option is not working. It is still enabled on my product, but when I view the product the option to add an image is not displayed. I had not changed the settings of the product since I originally set it up so I don't know why it stopped working. Any ideas?
