Probably best answered 'byShapeways' Peter Paul. No Email Notification, just accidentally noticed a couple 'Todo list' item. Should I normally get an Email? How else would I know such an item exists?
Hi Guys, "normally" you should get a mail saying someone ordered one of your products that required customization. Currently the only known issue is when "we" (Shapeways) orders something these mails are not send. To cope with this now I have asked all my colleagues to mail the model owner them selves if they order something... until this is fixed. So if you didn't get a mail on a "non-Shapeways" order please let me know so I can handle this as a new bug. Thanks Peter Paul
