I noticed in the "It arrived!" forum that the "The Knight" received a 5-star vote; can anyone vote and if so how? I'd like to add another vote to that knight if members can vote!
I believe that is what the "Rate topic" dropdown (between the last post and the "Goto Forum") is for.
