You might want to contact the designer(s) from whose "shop" you bought the figurines (contact info a.k.a email button is on the model pages), or hire a designer with the help of the "3d modeler wanted" forum. Or seeing that you are retired, get into 3d modeling with e.g. Blender and upload your own model for printing Shapeways itself is "just" a printing service that happens to provide a unified storefront for customers interested in selling their models.
