    Hi!

Arrived in the latest printing. But unfortunately, the surface quality is not the best. I sent the same settings in the file to Shapeways, but the red clothes woman not good.
    What do you think?
    The triangle net same.
I would add that it is not UV maps, it is vertexcoloros. BUT both model vertexcolor.

    Best Regards
    Cs.

Email service@shapeways.com with the photo, see if they think it is within their normal tolerances. Could be different print orientation (looks like parallel lines across the face), clogged printhead or perhaps loose gypsum powder interfered with the superglue coating

So what response besides "this looks like a problem with the printer (or post-processing), not with your model - see if they agree to do a free reprint for you" are you hoping for ? Hints for salvaging this particular print ? (Touching up the white spots with acrylic paint or permanent marker and applying a coat of polyurethane spray varnish might help - but I'd email service first )
