I am looking to have some awards made that can be expandable. Basically they will all have a base center and then I would like to be able to add a ring to them that would rotate on one axis and have each additional ring rotate on a 60-90 Deg Axis. I have the whole idea in my head and I dont think its very hard at all with what I have seen can be done. I have seen similar key chains sold in stores for only a few dollars but I understand custom will be a little more expensive. THANK YOU
