It Arrived! And It's Wrong!!!!!

    How long does it take for Shapeways customer service to respond to an inquiry? The automated response email says 24hrs. Nope. Still waiting. My order arrived with incorrect parts. I received someone else's part...and one of mine is missing. That makes two unhappy customers. You'd think Customer Service would give it a priority. Shapeways is reeling. So much for funky, hip, cool companies getting too big and loosing managerial control.

    What's your order number, and I can check with service to see the status of your complaint.

    Service is a little backed up at the moment, but you're in the que. Just be sure not to send another email as it will move you back to the bottom.
