Unshipped orders

    Hello,

    I have a couple of items that were bought by a customer on Oct. 8. However, there are still in the "unshipped orders" category. Both of these times are "plastic strong flexible" so they should not be taking almost a month to produce.

    Can someone at Shapeways please look into this? I would have contacted customer service directly, but it makes you enter an OrderID, which I don't have as a seller.

    Many WSF orders are/were backlogged by the combination of a factory move in Eindhoven and unusually high order numbers in conjuction with the
    recent pricing change. Service will be able to tell if your customer is affected by this or if perhaps the order did not go through until recently (e.g. delayed payment).
