how do i get shop to say "for sale" instead of "not for sale"

Yeah, they need to revamp some of the pages involved to make it more intuitive.

Here's how,
Click on one of your models to edit it. Then click on the Selling tab. (It doesn't look like a tab, that's one of the things they need to fix.)



Check the two check boxes.


Scroll down and pick a material group and set your markup. If you don't set your markup Shapeways can still sell your items, but you wont get any money.

Also, if you haven't already you'll need to add a PayPal account.

Move your mouse over the avatar icon in the upper right and click the settings option from the drop down menu.


Click the Sell tab.


Then click on the getting paid tab and fill out the forms.
