HELP with my 3d print file

  1. Hi, I'm a newbie on 3D printing,
    here I attached my 3d file

    I already make sure that there is no naked edges on rhino, and it's a solid geometry.

    However, somehow it still not working,
    Can somebody help me fixing this? I don't know what is wrong with my file...

    You've got 2600 shells and 8408 holes. It may be simply that the upload process is timing out trying to fix it all.
    What program are you generating this with? At many of the corners, you've got a high number of very tiny triangles that don't really contribute to the overall surface smoothness. You might want to see if you have any control over that.

    The other thing I would do is write the STL out in millimeters, rather than inches. The surface is not as smooth as it could be - because of rounding errors.

    Worst case, try running the model thru Netfabb Cloud (https://netfabb.azurewebsites.net)
