Desperately need help asap

    I placed an order that is running late that I desperately need by this weekend. I have been in contact with customer service and was told it was because there are small parts that keep getting lost, in which case I'd really just need the large parts shipped so I can get a local company to print the rest. It was a $600 order so I can't afford to pay for the whole thing twice. I don't even care if I am refunded for the extra parts, I am just desperate to get what I can. Customer service is taking 24+ hours to respond to each of my emails at the end of the work day, and by the end of tomorrow I will be completely out of options which is why I am coming here.
