Where did my models go ??

Good day all.

Well today I tried to upload some models of my new ring.
Besides the probably well known thin wall rejection galore, what mostly wonders me is....where did they go?
The thin wall issue is another story to tackle since all my programs like Nedfabb and Meshlab say all is good.

I did all the upload steps needed, put a price on it, assign materials etc and I got the needed e-mails telling me that I did upload them etc.
However they won't show up in my models folder.
If I follow the links in the e-mail's I get to the models and can change things however nothing under my models or in my shop.
Besides some older models I already had there.

Can some one tell me this is a bug or did I do something wrong or missed a step?

Any help would relieve me from some frustrations.

Indeed, a model I uploaded an hour ago has yet to show up under design.

Well that explains it.

Hi guys,

We issued a small fix last night where some models weren't being properly indexed and thus would not be displayed.

I'm not sure if this is the same issue, so please let us know if this problem is still occurring! A model ID would be helpful too

Looks like the problem may have returned. I uploaded something a while ago, at least 15 minutes, but it's still not visible in my models or the shop.

Delay or not delay? That is the question!

still missing after mowing and weed pulling

I uploaded four models about six hours ago and they still haven't shown up. Item numbers were 2585264, 2585219, 2584939, and 2584867.

Problem is still unsolved. Uploaded a new model yesterday, can't find it in my models. Sorry, I can't give the model id.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention: we've corrected the issue, and your models are now populating in your My Models. I confirmed that the last models you've each uploaded are present on your My Models page.

I have this problem too. Model id 2607699.

I've got about sixteen I uploaded this morning that haven't shown up yet. It's been six hours or so. I assume there will be a fix later today as it's about 2am in Eindhoven at the moment.
