Will this design hold up in FCS?

    Hmm. I think it might work. Problem is the intermediate step when they have to clean the brittle raw print and then put it in the superglue solution. Technically as the thinnest part is 3mm (the minimum for an unsupported wire) they will probably not reject it - if it breaks during production they will refund you. The trickier part is that if you are going to offer it for sale and it turns out to be marginal, customers will get rejections as well and/or your model will fall back to the new "first to try" status.

    That is the other thing I am worried about. I would like to offer this as a product in my shop, but the reproducibility might be a problem.

    i wasn't sure if it would hold up to begin with though. I had a problem with Metallic Plastic not too long ago with some "wires" that were slightly thicker, but shorter than these. It currently has a 33% success rate from that.
