flexible fabric (like neoprene)

Hi all,
Looking for a flexible garment like fabric that is similar in feel and stretch to neoprene which is wetsuit fabric.
Any ideas where I can obtain something like this from?

It's hard to guage how flexible (thick, elasctic) or otherwise this is by looking at your (awesome!) models.
Where can I order a sample from? - I'll get one and check it out
