So I've been working this model left and right, trying to fix the so called manifold problem the Shapeways uploader tells me about. The troubleshooter won't load the preview image that tells me where the problem lies. I imported the model into Blender, but it couldn't tell me where the non-manifold problems were. Please help me! I primarily use Maya 2009.

I don't have the plugin to export as .stl. I can do .obj and .dea.

I can't find your guide, can you post a link?

download meshlab its freeware and resave your obj as a stl and ill take a look at it
