I just uploaded a test model for the technique described here and while it worked eventually, there's an issue with the texturing in the preview image. The attached animated gif demonstrates it pretty clearly.

It looks like maybe the image is being rendered without a z-buffer or depth sorting, resulting in the texture from the back of the model appearing on the front in some areas.

Hi,
can you provide a link to the model in the gallery?
We are working on the renderings, so we can use this as a test-case.

Hey Inio,
As Pete wrote we are working on a new renderer. When I render your model I get the following result.

This is more in line with what you expected with your model.

Got some nice AO going on there . It doesn't look like you're applying the texture yet though, right?

Correct. Texture rendering is not configured yet in the render scene.
