Modeler needed of one simple and fast project

I need help with an STL file, that is already hollowed out, but needs the "hole".
I need the hole in a very specific place. Actually I would love to hollow out the eyes!
I do not have the necessary software to do this and just right now I also do not have available time to get deeper into 3D.
I am happy to pay whatever the prevailing hourly rate is.
