Hi Guys, today I started to design a shop for my 3D Models.Although in the upload view the model was displayed correctly, but it appeard in the shop view in the completly wrong orientation. Now my Question: How can I rotate a 3d object in the shop view, although it is displayed correctly in the Design view? I have unfortunately found no hint in the other forums on this problem. Thank you for your help!
As far as i know, you cat rotate it here. You need to rotate your model accordingly in your 3d program before you export it for usage in shapeways... (i hope that it makes sense)
Yup.. rotate before upload. This might help you set it correctly: the letters are in the positive direction on each axis.
