This is not a helpfull message at all:

    Code:
We're sorry, but there was a problem with processing your
model called 'AllyN': it didn't pass the checks that we run to make
sure a model is printable. Here's the error message; it may help
    you determine what went wrong:

The model could not be validated.

    Best Regards,
    Carsten

    Hey Calli,

yeah, we're aware of that - the next release of our website is almost ready and those messages have been much improved.

    Thanks!

    Hi Bart!

Very good, so far I start on experimenting how to get a modell uploaded and validated.

    Thanks,
    Carsten

I did try with STL which failed.

Now with X3D it worked, I guess it was a scaling was not correct.

Now the modell is rotated, is it better to have a modell upright (so rotating it in Blender) or flat? Its a figure.

    Hey Calli,

the issue with STL is that we're currently interpreting one STL unit as 1m, which is unconventional. Our next release will address that, too.

The orientation of the models really doesn't matter for production - all parts are re-oriented for optimal print results.

    Cheers,

    Bart

PS: I've added some line breaks to your original post as it messed up the page layout.
