Total price for materials cause a problem

Hi,

I have a product that is printable in White Strong & Flexible and Black Strong & Flexible I want to make a mark up $2. But with the new system I get $2 for the White Strong & Flexible but only $0.97 for the Black Strong & Flexible? How can I fix this? With the old system I could set each material separately.
