I Survived the Big C Pin/Pendant/Fob

    My designs always begin with a life story.
    Not long after a close friend completed his cancer treatments he confided that wearing a bit of ribbon just didn't cut it for him. The year fighting "the big C" had been tough and he thought something to commemorate his journey back to good health should be tougher than a ribbon. The I SURVIVED the Big C pendants are the results of that conversation. They are simple mementos to note the tough fought battles personally won against cancer. Originally, the first was made as a key fob, but they can also be worn as a pendant or, using a tie tack, as a pin.

    The photo below shows the prints in Polished Brass, Polished Bronze, and Raw Bronze. I love the subtleties of color and texture.
