I drew up a small model, which I then uploaded to Shapeways. It passes all the tests, on upload, for WSF.

I then copied the model to make a block of 9 identical models and connected them with sprues. I am now getting fail on upload for thin walls.

    Frustrated................

And it's not the sprues that are too thin?

I've had the same thing happen on model once. I uploaded it, it passed all tests, then I uploaded a new version, which failed on thin walls at a point where I hadn't made any alterations to the model.
I uploaded the same model again, and it passed.

It seems like the automated checker uses some (semi)random way to pick where it checks the model.

    Hi.

Is the rejection due to thin walls sprue or model?

You said it passes automat check, not pre-print "human" check, isn't it?

It is on the initial load, where it checks the thicknesses.

The problem is on the body of the model, which has not been changed whatsoever.
