3D modeler needed for repairing holes and shells for 3D printing

Hi,

I am working on making a model scale. I designed my figures with DazStudio.
The figures will be printed to a scale of 1/20 so 20mm m for 1 m
When I try to repair them via Netfabb (closing the holes and diminishing the shells), I lose the main details (hair mostly)
and repairing creates a lot of relief on the surface. see pictures below.
Can somebody help me to do it ? There are 14 figures in total. I have a small budget for that. I am a bit in a hurry.

Looks to me more like a low triangle count causing the surface irregularities - Have you viewed the models in DazStudio with all visual smoothing turned off?
