How this can be solved by a human ? That surface it is a boolean cut and the surface it is 1 mm thick ? And give thickness fail on the narrow part of the line cut ? I mean ??!!! It is like me tacking a cube and measuring only a line of the cube and say : it is not thick!!!!! Wtf?

PS: testing with a 1.5 thickness

A test in netfabb with base surface ... thikness fails in netfabb too even if the surface is a cut on 1.8 ?

You might try rounding-over the edge.

I wouldn't say it's a fail, and I wouldn't say you need to modify the edge. The tool doesn't recognize edges, or details. It judges everything as a wall. It's only a tool to guide you. Notifications on the wall thickness do not mean your part will be rejected, and passing the wall thickness test doesn't guarantee printability.
