Custom ring page not working

  1. When I click on the custom ring page, it turns up blank.

  3. I am having a similar issue. It just turns white and any links from any location turn up blank.

    Ditto here, blank page still Monday morning. Hope its fixed soon.

  7. This page still is not working. Can you please provide a little more detail as to what the problem is and when can we expect it to start working again?

  10. I am experiencing this issue with the ring creator page, but only when I'm signed into my account.
    If i use the app as a guest it works properly until i hit Add to Cart and it prompts me to sign in.

    Are any other users having this problem / Is anyone working on solutions?
    Its been days, I have designs just waiting for ability to upload and Purchase.

    hey today i have the same problem. and is not possible anymore to make round shape rings (not weddingbands) withe the creator app... why?
