Looking for colored transparent material

Doing this project:


And want to know if there was semi-transparent material that can be colorized to match the two color blues in the picture?
dark blue #10293E r16 g41 b 62
light blue: #19A4D1 r25 g164 b 209

appreciate any help you could give me

From what I've seen, FUD dyes well, and is fairly transparent.
