What is communicated to the customer when a model is rejected?

  1. Hi,

I recently had a few rejections of a model I have for sale. This surprised me, because I tested the prints before and it worked just fine.
I'm really concerned now that this will hurt my business. I'm also wondering how this rejection is communicated to the customers.
Does anyone know how this works? Is the order just delayed until a new updated print file is uploaded or is the order cancelled and how is this communicated to the customer?

    Thanks for you input!

I am wondering this too. So many of my models are being rejected, then they were all successfully printed only a bit over a month ago! My issue is "thin walls." But I have them in my hand, all have been photographed they are just fine.

seems last week was a popular one for rejections...... one for me too

it would be good if they could investigate to see if there is a reason, operator, maybe software updates in their software.
