I've never had sushi, let alone wasabi, but you wouldn't catch me using Shapeways stainless steel on any food product - great for a prototype though and something that could be produced very cheaply via traditional plastic production methods. Paul
Isn't wasabi copper green anyway ? :twisted: Seriously, you should at least refrain from touting this as "stainless" in your shop description - no matter that shapeways likes to call it so, in an obvious food (safety) context this is misleading to say the least.
