Did a Boolean subtraction with Blender 2.63 to put holes into an object.
Exported as x3d file.
The problem is; while 10 out of 10 holes appear in Blender,
only 9 out of 10 holes show up on Shapeways' rendering.
What's going on?
Blender on the left, Shapeways on the right

Blender's booleans aren't always reliable. There's a chance there's an issue with this model like a missing face or a non-manifold area that our Mesh Medic tried to fix (and failed).

You can check the model yourself with Netfabb. Here's how to use it:

It seems that, in Blender, selecting all vertices and Recalculating Normals solves the problem.
