A frame for fortune cookie fortunes! Now when you get one you want to keep you can frame it and put it on your shelf or hang it on your wall. You can even hang a bunch of them in one long chain.

Standing Frame:

Has a stand on the back so it doesn't fall over.

Hanging Frame:

Hangs perfectly from a small nail.

Chain Frames:

Has four with a hook and one without, so you can link them one to another with the hookless one on the bottom. And if you wan t a longer chain you can get the single chain link to extend it.

These are all sized to fit a two and a quarter by five eighths inch fortune. There's even enough room to slide a thin piece of plastic in front to protect it (I cut mine out of the plastic bag it came in.) but it fits just fine without it. Fortunes come in many different sizes and if you have a specific size you need to fit let me know and I'll upload them for you.

I got the idea earlier this year when my whole family was visiting my brother and we went to a Chinese buffet. He got a really bizarre fortune at the end of the meal and it made everyone laugh. It was so funny I thought it deserved to be framed, but where would we get a frame that fits? That's when it hit me. I can make a frame. He said he'd keep the fortune, so I'm gonna give him a standing frame for one of his many bookshelves.

That's a really nifty idea. Reminds me of something from years past: Whenever you read out your fortune cookie always add the words "...in bed" at the end. It can have a hilarious effect!

You know, that game also works with historical quotes. Try it if you don't believe me.
