has anyone had this problem with gold plated brass

    Hi people.

    One of my recent orders had a few bad spots on the gold plating. I'm not sure if this happens often or I just got unlucky. Several other gold plated orders turned out fine. I have never contacted shapeways for a reprint and wouldn't know how to go about it, but for this ring I feel one might be needed as the spots are easily noticeable and as I sell my rings in-store people probably wouldn't buy it... can someone let me know who to contact in regards to this.

    ps. shapeways is just great and of many awesome prints you have to expect the rare problem... thanks shapeways you guys are great!!
