    I didn't notice yet, a phone No. where I can talk to a live person.

    Do you have one?

    Also, My Bank account shows ten (10) purchase transactions but none of the Three cancelations have shown up on my account yet.
    What is that all about?

    Suspect they prefer email as it may reduce misunderstandings and leaves a clear audit trail of what was communicated.
    (Also email makes filtering out unwanted marketing much easier than phone - people dialing the wrong number, trying
    to peddle office supplies, insurances or databases of "potential customers" are a major nuisance at the front office of my
    workplace)

    Money from cancelled purchases is kept as "store credit" in your shapeways account by default - the idea being that you
    may want to order an improved version of the cancelled part soon so that sending the money back would just cost time and
    bank charges. Send an email to service to have it transferred back to your bank account.
